That movie is very important for the health of our society; because it shows how the economic system works independently and separately of the ethics that should be maintain by all persons.
Unfortunately, the Mc Donald´s junk food exists in the entire world. It is easy to see in the movie how significant health changes can occur in one month.
Junk food causes an increase in our cholesterol levels and for us to be overweight in general. In addition, you are in a risk to become addicted to junk food.
The habit of eating unhealthy food and the marketing of these as part of our daily meal needs to stop. Junk food has been always popular because it is cheap meals, and represents a fast way to eat in our hectic world. However, we need to stop it since it endangers our future and the future of humanity.
The addiction is all we can try to do to stop this habit.
The movie shows and demonstrates how alarming this junk food addiction is, its symptoms and how it can cause us to be a very sick world. On top of that, it shows how important this issue should be for the World Health Organization.
I believe that promoting junk food should be considered and human rights violation. Money and business interests are prevailing and our governmental systems allow for this to happen.
Nevertheless, certain religions are founded on the basis of how God intended for men and woman to be healthy. In the Genesis book, God teaches the basis of a good diet with fruits and vegetables.
Today, there is a current trend that tries to promote the benefits of a diet high in fruits, vegetables, cereal, grains and nuts.
Movies like this one try to open our eyes to the real negative effects of these super sized meals, and the effects of feeling satisfaction out of eating junk food. It is clear that people can be addicted to food as much as they can be to cigars or drugs. Therefore, the same actions and treatments are needed to help people addicted to junk food.

Technological development and video games in “Costa Rica”
Video games are a key issue for the analysis of the social sciences, because of the enormous changes in technology, science and society.
We know that an important part of the socialisation process is gained by way of media communication. Television, radio, newspaper, amongst others are habitual modes of communication.
Additionally, video games is one of the scientific advances that must be incorporated in the technological network of this day in age.
Families in “Costa Rica” continue the foundation in society however, the influences of video games, internet amongst others have changed their realities.
According to Jung (Bermejo y Cabero, 2003) ,interaction-specialists on social investigation, the consequences of video games are positive and negative for children and adults alike.
For example, the positive effects that video games offer are:
Introduce kids to a world of technology and sciences; improve specific motor and cognitive skills, such as: eye-hand coordination, spatial visualization, sense of mastery, and troubleshooting, encourage immediate memory, power selective attention.
The negative effects are:
Negative effects on physical health (blood ocular circulatory changes, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure); creation of violent and antisocial acts; development of introverted children; increased stress; increased aggression; create strong addiction; they can foster the emergence of psychopathology such as epilepsy, convulsions, etc.
In conclusion this situation leads us to the discussion of the core sociological values, social interaction and changing social structures, therefore the topic of this week is of great importance to our political and cultural growth.

People’s manners

Manners are understood differently depending on many factors. Certain standards and behaviours vary depending on the social context surrounding each person.
Lack of manners or low standards in people’s manners are affected for example by: (i) families that do not spend enough time together; (ii) people grow up and live with people from many different cultures and this makes them be confused about what are the correct manners; (iii) the development of technology makes people forget about how to talk to someone face to face and reduces their social interaction capacities.
I think that the new economic order in our world develops stress, individuality and too much competition among the young generation. This makes them not give importance to good manners and develops a generation that is, in general, rude.
Studying manners allow us to start developing a foundation to promote good manners.

The Fracture film
The Film was about how human feelings are involved in the drama to plan a crime.
Anthony Hopkins’s character represented a very intelligent high class man with a lot of power. His character was moved by jealousy to try to obtain revenge for the pain caused to him by the infidelity of his wife. His wife had an affair with a lieutenant.
The drama includes additional drama, brought by the government prosecutor who was facing important changes in his personal life, due to the offer received to start working with an important law firm. The prosecutor, despite all the pressures, acts honestly and works to make sure justice.
At the end of the film, justice prevails. However, in real life a lot of people do not get to see justice in their cases and therefore, happy endings are not common.

President of Costa Rica
Mrs Lura Chinchilla
President of Costa Rica
Republic
Dear President:
Analyzing how the principles of justice are applied in the world allows us to determine what we need to do better to have a better world.
When we talk about justice, we should not only think about the judicial system, but the principle of justice that relates to basic human rights and how we treat each other.
The reality is that in the majority of the world the principles of justice are not applied equally to all people.
Human rights are not respected by authorities and not even by us.
However, through the United Nations (UN) a lot of things have been accomplished to improve our justice systems.
The respect for the rights of women, children and war refugees are promoted by the UN and other organizations.
I am proposing the public politics of government of Costa Rica will be including the intervention about human rights in this country and the all areas in our world. This will be done through the International diplomacy, an example is the esquipulas plan by Costa Rica’s ex president Oscar Arias, who got Central America to sing the peace agreement.
God Bless your government.

SAVING MONEY
Money controls the world in which we live in. Therefore, we all need to be in control and aware of our finances and expenses.
Our financial future depends on how we manage our money. We must all save part of what we earn, to protect our financial stability.
Unfortunately, saving is not part of our culture; however, that situation is slowly changing.
The new systems, the financial crisis and the high percentages of unemployment have forced us to see that saving money is essential.
However, for people without income, saving is not an option. Therefore, it is very important for our government to promote new jobs and investments in the country to maintain a social order and stability.
All sectors of our society, private and public, must contribute to promote a culture of saving money.
For poor communities it is essential to promote new job opportunities and business development.
Analyzing this topic has helped me realized that it is important to save money, even if it is just a very small percentage of my income.
